Twine Storage

Dec 28, 2011

I've got a nice little stash of twine and embroidery floss and I finally organized it!
I just saw a posting on Timeless Twine asking how people store their skeins. So I thought about how mine were being stored in a basket and were all tangled up. I decided to grab some clothespins and get to work (I've seriously got to get more organized in the new year).
Keeping the thread wrapped around the clothespins allows me to see what I've got at a quick glance and it keeps it all from getting tangled. It all fits nicely in a plastic storage box too.
Woo Hoo!!! I've already got a leg up on the new year with some crafty organization. Can't wait to stock up on some more twine ;)

So how do you keep your skeins organized???
Head on over to Timeless Twine and tell them ShortyCreations sent ya ;)

Thanks for visiting,
=) Ana Maria

I organized 6 of my twines and 1 floss! Whoo hoo only 6 more to go. What I did was cut out a tag from TBBM at 4 inches and used it as my spool! This works so much better for me and I can hang them to see the colors better! Awesome job on yours!
