Winter has a completely different meaning over here in Southern California. But we plan on taking our girls up to the mountains so they can experience snow first hand. Here's a layout I made using some awesome files from Pretty Paper, Pretty Ribbons =)

I used Silhouette's print/cut feature for the snowman, snowflakes, and title. Here are the files I used:
