I want to dedicate this card to my girly Sandra Rosario from 365 Days of Cricut. Sandra has been on one amazing journey as she's lost 69 pounds in the last 5 months while her hubby was deployed. She's gone from a size 20 to being a few inches away from a size 2 with lots of hard work, sweat, and healthy eating. She's been a huge encouragement to lots of friends on Facebook. And I thought I'd send a little cheer to my girl. Even the greatest cheerleader needs a little cheer thrown her way ;)

I've been living healthier for nearly a year. I've lost over 40 pounds and several dress sizes. I'm not yet at my fitness goal, but I'm having a blast getting there. For those of you who battle the bulge... stay strong. STONG IS THE NEW SKINNY!!!
